How do I create an account?

Tap "Sign in with Apple" or "Continue with Google" on the login screen. You'll be guided through a short onboarding where you set your running preferences: pace, distance, schedule, and neighborhood.

How do I find runs near me?

After onboarding, the home feed shows runs and events filtered to your preferences. You can adjust filters anytime to explore different paces, distances, and run types.

How do I report a problem or inappropriate content?

Email us at support@novara.social with details about the issue. Include screenshots if possible. We take all reports seriously and respond promptly.

How do I delete my account?

Go to your Profile, tap the settings icon, then scroll down and tap "Delete Account." This permanently removes your account and all associated data. You can also email us to request deletion.

Is Novara free?

Yes. Novara is free to use. We may introduce optional premium features in the future, but the core experience, finding runs and connecting with runners, will always be free.
